Frances Germany, LPC is a former certified instructor working in private and public education. She is currently Director of Services for the Sugar Land office where she leads the team of clinicians for a local school district. She and her late husband founded and operated a Christian Academy and Child Care Center for over 17 years. She has worked for non-profits and PHP’s (Partial Hospitalization Programs) working with co-occurring disorders before joining the Clearhope Team. She is enrolled in a Doctoral program- Community Care & Counseling: Traumatology. She recently completed training to become a Starr Certified Trauma & Resilience Practitioner-Clinician (CTRP-C). She is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, Pastoral Counselor, EMDR and Brainspotting trained, and a LCDC intern. She is also experienced in grief counseling, marriage counseling, individual and group counseling. She counsels children, adolescents and adults. She hosts a weekly radio show and provides information to her listening audience on mental wellness. She is extremely passionate about helping clients get “unstuck” in their journey to wellness.
